Savannah serves as the Communications Manager for The District Church. She handles all messaging and branding from the church both internally and externally with a goal of telling the stories of what God is doing through this community. Savannah was born and raised in Houston, Texas and moved to DC in March of 2020 with her husband, then 3 month old daughter, dog and cat.
Her professional and creative background is rooted in photography. She comes to us from a large church in Houston where she worked as a part of the Creative and Communications team, mainly focused on storytelling through photography and film. Holding art from the church to the highest standard and helping people tell their stories of gospel transformation is at the very heart of what drives Savannah creatively.
